Your first visit
You were probably sent by your dentist. Here is what happens, from the first call to the report we send them.

Step 1: We call to book
We offer the first opening at the office nearest you. If the tooth hurts now, tell us.

Step 2: You fill in forms at home
Forms are in the practice's portal, so nothing is filled out on paper in the waiting room.

Step 3: The visit
An exam, the images Dr. Ahn needs and a talk about your options. Plan on about an hour. Treatment may begin the same day if you agree.

Step 4: Afterward
We send your dentist a report. You go back to your dentist for the crown or filling.
What to bring
A short list
The portal asks for your health history, so you don't need to write it out at the office. There is nothing health-related to type into this site.
Your insurance card, if you have one

Someone to drive you, if you would like one

What if I don't have a referral?
Call us and we will talk it through. We ask for your dentist's name so we can send them a report.
Can someone come with me?
Yes. A family member or friend is welcome in the waiting area, and a parent stays with a child at every visit.

To whichever of the three offices you booked. The offices page lists the address and days for each.
